- 3 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the frozen hash browns according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked hash browns, green onions, and celery to the bowl.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
