Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Warm milk and butter in a saucepan; let cool slightly.
  3. Add warm milk mixture and eggs to dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth; let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread with butter, then sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar.
  6. Roll the dough into a log and slice into buns.
  7. Place buns in a baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
