A delicious zucchini and feta bake with chicken that is easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine zucchini, feta, chicken, cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Use fresh zucchini for the best flavor.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
