Ingredients

- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

- Pickles, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or stovetop skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Cook the patties on the grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Place cheese on the patties during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble sliders with patties, pickles, and any other desired toppings.
