- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups pretzel crumbs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour with salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, combine pretzel crumbs with garlic and onion powder.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then roll in pretzel crumbs.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix mustard, mayonnaise, and cheddar cheese for the sauce.
- Serve chicken with the zesty mustard cheddar sauce.
