A delicious shrimp scampi recipe inspired by The Pioneer Woman.
Ingredients

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture.
- Serve immediately.
