Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, chicken, carrots, cucumber, bell pepper, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha to make the sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the salad and toss to combine.
