Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, chicken, carrots, cucumber, bell pepper, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the salad and toss to combine.
- Top with chopped peanuts before serving.
