- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into 1-inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the zucchini slices with the oil mixture on both sides.
- Place the zucchini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top of each zucchini slice.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
