Description

A delicious sweet potato casserole topped with marshmallows and maple syrup.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Spread the sweet potato mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with mini marshmallows evenly over the sweet potato mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
