Ingredients

  • 1 package shortcake biscuits
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix strawberries with 1/4 cup sugar and let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whisk cream, milk, remaining sugar, and vanilla until it thickens.
  3. Layer shortcake biscuits in a dish.
  4. Spread half the cream mixture over the biscuits.
  5. Add a layer of strawberries.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining biscuits, cream, and strawberries.
  7. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
  8. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
