Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
  6. Divide the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper cups.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the muffins cool completely.
  9. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  10. Top the cooled muffins with cream cheese icing.
