Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Place chicken in the crockpot.
  3. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
  5. Remove chicken and shred it.
  6. Return shredded chicken to the crockpot.
  7. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  8. Mix cooked fettuccine into the chicken mixture.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.
