Ingredients

- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Mix sourdough discard, flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add water gradually until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Drop dumplings into boiling water.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until they float.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- Use any type of sourdough discard.
- Adjust water for desired consistency.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
