Description
A delicious danish made with sourdough discard, filled with raspberry and cream cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the puff pastry into squares.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Add a few raspberries on top of the cream cheese.
- Fold the corners of the pastry squares towards the center.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm for best taste.
- Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
