- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion; drain excess fat.
- Mix cooked noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, and seasonings in a large bowl.
- Add the ground beef mixture to the noodle mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
