Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion; drain excess fat.
  4. Mix cooked noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, and seasonings in a large bowl.
  5. Add the ground beef mixture to the noodle mixture and stir well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
