Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place diced potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Arrange chicken over the potatoes.
  4. In a bowl, mix garlic, chicken broth, and parmesan cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
  7. Serve warm.
