- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place diced potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Arrange chicken over the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, chicken broth, and parmesan cheese.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
- Serve warm.
