A creamy and flavorful slow cooker chicken and penne dish.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 cup penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breast at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the penne pasta to the slow cooker.
- Stir in the grated parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
- Adjust seasoning based on your preference.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
