- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink. Pour in white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of the shrimp mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella on top.
- Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and remaining shrimp mixture and mozzarella.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
