Description

Shrimp scampi lasagna is a delicious layered dish combining shrimp, pasta, and a creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Pour in white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread a layer of the shrimp mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella on top.
  8. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and remaining shrimp mixture and mozzarella.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  • Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
