- 150g white chocolate
- 100g butter
- 150g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100ml cream
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the white chocolate and butter together in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk sugar and eggs until fluffy.
- Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Stir in milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Melt dark chocolate with cream to make ganache.
- Layer the ganache between cake slices.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
