Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the white chocolate and butter together in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk sugar and eggs until fluffy.
  4. Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture.
  5. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let the cake cool completely.
  11. Melt dark chocolate with cream to make ganache.
  12. Layer the ganache between cake slices.
  13. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
