Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and cooked sausage.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Fold in cheese and green onions.
  6. Grease a muffin tin and pour the batter into each cup.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
