Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons salted caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1 banana
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk to a blender.
  2. Include protein powder, salted caramel sauce, crushed pretzels, and banana.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Pour into a glass and top with extra crushed pretzels and caramel sauce if desired.

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less salted caramel sauce.
