Instructions

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Brown the chicken on both sides for 5 minutes.
  5. Add chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
  7. Pour the broth mixture over the chicken.
  8. Drizzle heavy cream and sprinkle cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
