Description

A delicious twist on classic quesadillas featuring meatballs.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked meatballs, chopped
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
  3. Spread chopped meatballs over the tortilla.
  4. Add cheese and salsa on top of the meatballs.
  5. Sprinkle cilantro over the filling.
  6. Top with the second tortilla.
  7. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden brown.
  9. Remove from skillet and cut into wedges.
