Ingredients

- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Chop the hard-boiled eggs in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill, celery, and red onion.
- Mix gently until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve on bread or with crackers.
