Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares, about 4×4 inches.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add raspberries gently to the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  7. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal edges.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
