Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup raspberry puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
  6. In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese and raspberry puree.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on a baking sheet.
  8. Add a swirl of raspberry cream cheese mixture on top.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Cool on wire racks.
