Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

- Add water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil; stir until combined.

- In a small bowl, mix remaining olive oil, garlic, and rosemary.
- Brush the garlic mixture over the dough.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
