Ingredients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 cups white sauce (Alfredo sauce)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of white sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Add half of the chicken mixture and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Pour a layer of white sauce over the cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, sauce, and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
- Substitute spinach for a healthier option.
