- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add the spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
