Ingredients

- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the milk, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and add to the sausage mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
