- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 can chili (15 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the tater tots on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- While the tots are baking, heat the chili in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once the tater tots are done, remove them from the oven.
- Pour the heated chili over the tater tots.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Return to the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with diced onions and a dollop of sour cream before serving.
