Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread the tater tots on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  4. While the tots are baking, heat the chili in a saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Once the tater tots are done, remove them from the oven.
  6. Pour the heated chili over the tater tots.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Return to the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  9. Garnish with diced onions and a dollop of sour cream before serving.
