Ingredients

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Season chicken with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and brown on all sides.
- Pour in chicken broth and lime juice.
- Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix with the sauce.
- Serve in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
