A creamy and delicious artichoke spinach dip inspired by the Pioneer Woman.
Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic.
- Add spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.

- Can be made ahead and baked before serving.
