Ingredients

- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in teriyaki sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and pineapple; cook until heated through.
- Add cooked rice; stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
