Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the rice under cold water.
  3. Place the rice in a baking dish.
  4. Arrange the chicken breasts on top of the rice.
  5. Pour the chicken broth over the rice and chicken.
  6. Add the pineapple chunks and soy sauce.
  7. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  8. Cover the dish with foil.
  9. Bake for 1 hour.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
