- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, seeded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In a blender, combine cilantro, jalapeño, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
