Description

A delicious twist on classic lasagna using pepperoni and rolled up for easy serving.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Lay out a cooked lasagna noodle and spread some ricotta mixture on it.
  6. Add a layer of pepperoni and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
  7. Roll the noodle up and place it seam side down in the baking dish.
  8. Repeat for remaining noodles.
  9. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • Use your favorite marinara sauce.
  • Feel free to add more veggies if desired.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
