A delicious twist on classic lasagna using pepperoni and rolled up for easy serving.
Ingredients

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Lay out a cooked lasagna noodle and spread some ricotta mixture on it.
- Add a layer of pepperoni and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
- Roll the noodle up and place it seam side down in the baking dish.
- Repeat for remaining noodles.
- Pour remaining marinara sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Use your favorite marinara sauce.
- Feel free to add more veggies if desired.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
