Instructions

  4. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until combined.
  7. Fold in chopped pecans.
  8. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before serving.
