Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add melted butter and eggs to the dry ingredients.
- Stir in chopped pecans, corn syrup, vanilla, and salt.
- Scoop the batter into the cupcake liners.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
