Description
This is a no-churn peach cobbler ice cream that combines creamy ice cream with the flavors of peach cobbler.

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup crumbled biscuit cookies
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
- Add the diced peaches and cinnamon. Fold until combined.
- Stir in the crumbled biscuits.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

- Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
- Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier scooping.
