Description
A quick and easy one pan tortellini and sausage skillet dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 12 ounces cheese tortellini
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add Italian sausage and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
- Add tortellini and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until tortellini is cooked.
- Add spinach and stir until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any type of sausage you prefer.
- Substitute vegetables based on your preference.
- Can be topped with grated cheese before serving.
