Description

A simple and delicious no-bake Oreo cheesecake cup recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (15 cookies crushed)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cups cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Extra Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
  5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust in the cups.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  9. Top with extra crushed Oreos before serving.

  • Make sure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
