A simple and delicious no-bake Oreo cheesecake cup recipe.

- 1 package Oreo cookies (15 cookies crushed)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cups cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Extra Oreo cookies for topping
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust in the cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Top with extra crushed Oreos before serving.
Notes
- Make sure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
- Chill the cups for best texture.
- Feel free to add chocolate sauce for extra flavor.
