  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Add bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Season with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
