Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos with meatballs, tomatoes, cucumbers, and tzatziki sauce.
- Serve immediately.

- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
- Customize toppings as desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
