Ingredients

  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
