- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cookie mix, butter, egg, and cream cheese until combined.
- Fold in strawberry jam.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
