Delicious brownies with a layer of cookie dough and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, melt the butter and mix with sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
- Pour half the brownie batter into the pan.
- Spread cookie dough over the brownie layer.
- Add the remaining brownie batter on top of the cookie dough.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Try adding chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Customize marshmallow topping with your favorite flavors.
