Ingredients

  • 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, melt the butter and mix with sugar.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  5. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
  6. Pour half the brownie batter into the pan.
  7. Spread cookie dough over the brownie layer.
  8. Add the remaining brownie batter on top of the cookie dough.
  9. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  11. Let cool before cutting into squares.
