Instructions

  2. Rinse the sea bass under cold water and pat dry.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  5. Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices and thyme.
  6. Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve with extra lemon and thyme for garnish.
