- 2 whole sea bass, cleaned
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 1 bunch fresh thyme
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the sea bass under cold water and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the olive oil mixture over the fish, inside and out.
- Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices and thyme.
- Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with extra lemon and thyme for garnish.
