Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them well with the mixture.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Serve with rice or pita bread.
- Marinating the chicken for a few hours enhances the flavor.
