Description
Grilled Lebanese chicken kabobs served with a garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
- Salt to taste (for sauce)
- Water as needed (for sauce)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Soak skewers in water if using wooden skewers.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- For the garlic sauce, mix yogurt, tahini, minced garlic, and salt in a bowl.
- Add water to reach desired consistency for sauce.
- Serve chicken kabobs with garlic sauce.
Notes
- Marinate chicken overnight for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with pita bread and salad.
