Description
A flavorful marinade for Lebanese chicken kabobs that enhances the taste of the meat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Mix until well blended.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade.
- Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Skewer the marinated chicken and grill until fully cooked.
Notes
- Adjust spices according to taste.
- Use chicken thighs for more flavor.
- Can be served with pita and vegetables.
